Wanderair and this website

Wanderair is an audio travel companion for exploring places through prerecorded stories. This website introduces the app and lets you request launch updates when registration is open. The app is in development. Destination illustrations, previews and planned features are not promises of availability.

Launch updates

Joining the list is free. It does not create a paid subscription, guarantee an invitation or reserve a particular destination. We ask for your email and, optionally, a city you are interested in. You can withdraw your request for updates using the contact details in our privacy policy.

Using the app

When the app is available, you are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your account secure and using the service lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, redistribute protected audio or use automated tools to extract content without permission.

Paid access

This website does not sell app access. Any in-app offer must show its price, included content, duration and renewal conditions before you buy. The planned options are weekly and monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled, and one-time 21-day access that does not renew automatically.

For one-time access, the 21 days start at purchase, not your first listen. Repeat purchases do not necessarily add another 21 days to an existing period. Your confirmed access and expiry are shown in the app. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store where you purchased them. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow the applicable store process and your statutory consumer rights.

Explore with care

Stories are for general cultural and travel information. Wanderair is not a live guide, emergency service, ticketing service or turn-by-turn navigation tool. Check current opening hours, access rules and conditions independently. Stay aware of traffic and your surroundings, follow local restrictions and use a safe listening volume.

Content and availability

Wanderair and its licensors retain rights in the app, branding, illustrations, text and audio. Access is for your personal use unless separately agreed. Content can be corrected or updated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every story is available in every language. Nothing here removes legal rights relating to digital content you have purchased.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections. Any remedy for faulty paid content is subject to applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.

Changes and contact

We will update the date above when these terms change. Material changes affecting existing paid access must be communicated as required by law. Questions can be sent to the operator listed above.
